The Korean version of Sudden Attack 2 will go live early next month starting on July 6th. The game didn't lag that bad playing outside of South Korea and I had a lot of fun during the Closed Beta. It's pretty much like the original version of Sudden Attack with super HD maps, weapons, and more chicks. The game doesn't have any IP block, but the usual Nexon Korea cellphone stuff. Time to poke your Korean friends or something. I've posted some gameplay videos below if you're interested.
Colopl the same developer that created the very popular Shironeko also known as Rune Story jumped in on a whole new multiplayer experience. Dragon Project for Android and iOS is their latest and newest release and it's really hyped up a lot in Japan at the moment. It's one of those games that doesn't look that good, but a lot of fun to play. I wasn't even going to bother testing this title at first, but a friend of mine told me to try out. Little did I know, I was hooked on and played it for a week straight just grinding gear.
Shadowverse fans can now create and build their own custom decks using the Shadowverse Portal Website. The website lists all of the cards that will be available in the game as soon as it launches. Shadowverse is supposed to be coming out really soon, this week or the next due to their announcement last month mentioning that it's supposed to have a soft-launch mid-June. I played around with the deck builder and added for a couple of minutes and slapped my Tyrant Rush deck. The game will be available for Android and iOS first and a PC STEAM version may come out at a later date.
ATEAM's Valkyrie Connect just came out a few days ago and being a big fan of anything Valkyrie related, I decided to try the game out. One of the key features of the game is the multiplayer co-op system where you can raid with two other players with your small Einherjar party. The starter roll gives you around 15-20 pulls at the start. After three to four hour's worth of playing, I was able to do Gacha 40+ times.
Wander Crown just came out a few days ago and I needed something new to try out while grinding in Granblue Fantasy. To my surprise, the game gives out a very nice freebie to new players. After you finish the tutorial, your first roll can be anything you want in the Gacha pool! Just spam the left button to refresh your roll and then select the right button to finalize it. Sounds nice? But wait, there is more!
NCSoft just announced that the first Alpha test for the English version of Master X Master will commence on June 24th. Alpha keys will be available starting on June 21st along with client downloads, you'll find out more details on the official post. MXM has come a long way since I first tested the game a couple of years ago. The latest build is looking really good with all the new changes such as being able to train skills outside of the base or spawn, new lobby, more characters, etc. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to upload new content just yet, so you'll have to deal with my previous PvP beta highlights below.
