Nexon Korea and NGINE Studios just rolled a new update for Arpiel Online introducing the new Dragon race character Lysia, a scythe wielder. I haven't played this game in awhile and noticed that they've already updated version 2.0. Some of the noticeable changes that I've seen is the new sprint feature, faster combat, smaller areas, optional keyboard control mode, crafting changes, and more!
Nexon Korea is shutting down their Sudden Attack 2 servers on September 29th. During the next few months players will still be able to play the game and apply for refunds. The game started out really strong the first week, but there was a lot of talk about the two new characters being very sexy, players ended up posting lewd pictures of the two instead of playing the game. After a lot of complaints from who knows where, the two characters were deleted and the game slowly withered away.
Pangya Online, once you've played it, any other golf game will never be the same! I grew up playing Pangya and it's actually one of my beloved all time favorite titles. The Korean version of Pangya recently shut down a few months ago, while the Japanese version is still going strong with a new map update. It looks like NCSoft resumed the Pangya Mobile project and released new screenshots of the game below. I'm definitely going to be playing this version of Pangya for nostalgia's sake when it comes out this year.
Netmarble Korea just launched the teaser page for Lineage II: Revolution a high-quality Unreal Engine 4 mobile title. The game is currently being displayed at a live convention in South Korea where players can see gameplay, character creation, and the CG video. The official website reveals a countdown along with a couple teasers of the game. It also mentions to come back on August 1st, so check back then for more information. Meanwhile, no information on Closed Beta yet, perhaps after the countdown?
Helix Horizon is an upcoming JRPG developed by Kumora for two years. One of the interesting features of the game is the "Ring Out" system where you can knock enemies out of the arena and vice-versa. One of the former producers from SEGA who worked on Chain Chronicle is also working on this game so you'll notice similarities. The game sparked my interest mainly because the characters look cute like Granblue Fantasy, I just hope the gameplay doesn't get stale fast. The game is already Steam Greenlit despite the negative comments of users wanting the game in English or Japanese and the whole mobile to PC port.
The newly released Cyborg character Tina just received her Agent update yesterday with two new trailers one featuring her new skills the other trailer about her background story. I should really find the time to play her more, I really enjoyed testing her out when she first came out. My schedule seems super busy lately though, I seriously need to clone myself or be super Android Cyborg~!
