You can check out some of the new images below, as always, the game is looking super good. The first Closed Beta Test for Black Desert Online is closing in, it is scheduled to start sometime in July. Talking to a friend of mine at Pearl Abyss, he says that they are preparing the media press accounts so I am super excited for the test! Hopefully, I can publish some crazy high quality HD gameplay videos. Stay tuned!
Instead of creating separate articles for some of the new or not so new games that came out this week, I decided to just bundle it all up into one article for easier viewing. Anyway, most of the stuff featured below are Japanese apps and have a very Anime'ish theme to it so you might want to skip out on this batch, if you're not fond of that kind of stuff. Not sure if I will continue to do this but hey it's worth a try! Avatar Drive, Cute Girl Android Dice Battles, and Slider Girls.
Trion Worlds just set sail and opened up their recruitment page for the ArcheAge beta! Looks like they are moving along just fine with the localization process. I've heard nothing but great news for Trion World's as a publisher so I am really happy and glad that they are the one publishing the game. Anyway, if you haven't seen the trailer yet, check it out below and make sure you sign up at https://www.archeagegame.com/en/.
Devil Maker Tokyo is coming out in English soon and I would definitely recommend trying or playing the game out, especially if you enjoy playing TCG's. It is currently one of the best if not the best well made Korean TCG titles that I have ever played. One of the unique aspects of this game is the RPG style theme it has going on with the whole passive skills and transferable active skills between other character cards. Cards in this game does not have any 2x or 4x multiplier kind of stuff like Million Arthur so you don't have to worry too much about players who Pay to Win. Most of the higher star cards can be earned but will take a lot of work and when you do get one you will feel a big accomplishment!
Tencent started recruiting members for Monster Hunter Online first test but I heard some rumors that foreigners can't sign up. Decided to dig in a little deeper myself and I managed to make a foreigner account and signed up just fine without any special verification, you don't even need any personal numbers or such. The first set of activation codes is supposed to go out in a few days starting on June 13th so if you're really interested and devoted to signing up for this game, then it will take you at least an hour. That is if you're clueless like me!
