Bravely Default Fairy's Effect is currently in Closed Beta and I managed to sneak in a day late! This version of Bravely Default seems to focus a lot on the real-time co-op system. It's almost identical to FFXI Grand Masters or Logres Goddess of the Ancient combat and item leveling system. One of the key features of this game is being able to invade another player's battle real-time and vice-versa which supports up to 4 players in one fight. If you see someone fighting a mob on the field, you can aggro that same mob and help them out. Players can also swap between various jobs anytime they want, as long as they're out of combat.
Nexon Korea and Cwavesoft's Side-scrolling AOS/MOBA Hyper Universe just received a new website layout today. A brand new gameplay trailer was also released in preparation for the upcoming Open Beta that kicks off next week along with Pre-OBT that is to start as early as tomorrow. Although the game is in Korean, you will be able to auto Google translate most of the character skills and purchasable items on the new website, which helps a lot if you're planning on trying the game out, see sample images below.
Perplelab is currently developing a new Unreal Engine 4 Mecha Shooting Action RPG called ExoSphere. The game is to have some customization in terms of weapons, armor, parts, paint jobs, patterns, and more. Another key feature of the game is that it will have an explorable universe. ExoSphere is going to be at G-STAR 2016 this week, but not easily accessible as it will be shown in the B2B (Business-to-Business) booth only. I thought the images looked really good for a mobile mecha game, I hope the game turns out well.
Nexon Korea just released a new CG teaser trailer for the upcoming Action RPG Dragon Nest 2: Legend. Both the Android and iOS versions of the game is scheduled to be released in South Korea next year. More information about an upcoming beta test will be announced this week during the G-STAR 2016 gaming convention. I believe there was also supposed to be an upcoming CBT for the Chinese version called "龙之谷2：传说", but I don't really keep up with my CN sources. You can check out both the old and new trailers below.
The first Closed Beta teaser trailer for Lineage Eternal Twilight Resistance just came out showing off new gameplay! Last week, I talked about the new Eternal System and it seems like I was almost somewhat accurate! Looking at the new video below, players must indeed play Eternal Heroes. The Eternal Team system that I talked about is also featured in the latest trailer, which hints that players will be able to swap between Eternal Heroes in their Eternal Team using the F1-F4 keys.
The new website for Lineage Eternal just launched today and a lot of people have been wondering about the new "Eternal" system. Players must now play as special heroes in the game known as Eternals. They're also able to freely switch between one of the thirteen playable Eternal Heroes of the game giving them a unique experience at all times.
