The English version of Devil Maker Tokyo will be getting a very big update this week on the 22nd featuring the new 6 star card evolution upgrades! Wow, that's pretty quick considering it took awhile for the KR version to get them. This game seems to be doing very well and is already getting another localization in Japan very soon. Back to to talking about the new update, the Global version will also be receiving a new exclusive update a week after, so keep an eye out for it! DMT is one of my more recommended English TCG titles worth trying out if you're looking for something new to play that is in English.
Neowiz Bless Studio updated their website today featuring new city architectures for Bless Online. The teaser page also goes through a little bit of detail about the lore of the citizens and race that resides in this side of the continent! Some of the city models are inspired by very popular areas in real life such as the beautiful city in Italy called Venice. You guys can view some of the new screenshot below or directly at the main website located here. I suggest checking it out with Google Chrome because it will auto-translate some of the content, for the curious ones. Game is looking beautiful as always, I am loving the design and the big world the only thing missing would be some real time day, night, and extra weather effects.
The Mabinogi X Sword Art Online collaboration event kicked off today with the limited edition SAO premium character cards. Let the cloning games begin! They are also selling an Elf and Giant version of Kirito and Asuna premium character card, it looks really funky. Check out some of the SAO Premium Card screenshots below! Nexon also launched an "Asuna Cooking Webgame" to celebrate the cross over. Would be neat to see this kind of event in the English version. I used to love playing this game so much, you can probably find some my old videos of this game on Youtube along with a video of breaking one of the seals on Mari server.
The official website for Devil Hunters Online just went up a few hours ago along with a new teaser trailer. Devil Hunters Online is a dark themed 3D action MORPG. As of the moment the game currently offers four playable characters which are Warrior, Assassin, Mage, and Gunner. This game is scheduled to be released this year, so beta should be starting within a few months from now.
Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn kicks off early tomorrow starting on the August 16th 2:00am for the early testers and on the 17th for other players, check out the detailed schedule below. Square Enix also released two more trailres one of them explaining the party system for the newbie players as well as showing some "good manner" gameplay. Was kind of amusing to watch, I think they were playing on PS3 because it looked like it was slowing down during battle scenes tsk tsk. For those of you who are participating in the upcoming test, you can check out the detailed patch notes here.
Needed to play something different so I decided to try out the newly released Assassin character on the Korean version of Dragon Nest 2.0 yesterday. I suppose the game has changed a lot since the last time I tried it, leveling up was a lot faster and I was overwhelmed with so many quests that I ended up skipping most of them. The Assassin character is pretty cool, he is very fast! He's got a lot of Ninja like moves. I actually thought that I was going to be slashing stuff with the sheathed weapon on my back but to my surprise, this character wields two hidden blades above his forearms. He is also very agile and acrobatic with his kicking combos and such.
