Been awhile since I have played Emil Chronicle Online, I really liked playing this game until the English/Global servers went down. Though I don't remember graphics and character quality being this high. Unless the Japanese version had some update crazy update? Anyway, there is another update with this super cute character being released soon that has a ride-able pet with transforming weapons and other really cute stuff. Almost makes me want to try out the Japanese version!
I've been following The War of Genesis 4 lately and I have received a new information from the director Han Sangjun explaining on how partying and playing with other users work. The maximum amount of players that can join a "normal party" is 4 with each party member controlling 5 characters simultaneously. Then there is the "Crew" or "Raid" parties where a Full Party can merge together with other parties. The raid system supports up to 80 characters at once which is going to be really crazy for large scale battles PvE and PvP wise! The Crew leader navigates the whole raid party like exploring and running around and the party leaders control their characters in battle.
Blade & Soul Online's hype has been increasing a lot lately amongst foreigners. Due to its' popularity, I have been receiving numerous questions about Blade & Soul. I have decided to revive and rewrite the old Blade & Soul FAQ for the community. This is the perfect FAQ if you're a big Blade & Soul Fan or have some questions bothering you. I have collected and answered the most common B&S questions from my readers along with personal impressions on the current state of the game. Updated with new questions!
NHN Hangame Korea and allm games just released a new update big update for their Action MORPG Kritika featuring the PvE area called The Colosseum! Here players can test their strength and skills by fighting all kinds of monsters. The developers wanted to give players some kind of PvP experience, so they also added human type characters in the Colosseum. Unlike your normal dungeons, this area does not consume any "stamina" upon entering and participation. Which is a good thing because now players will have something to do when their stamina is fully depleted. As always, I have written a detailed Kritika Online Review that's worth reading if you're looking a worthy new Action MORPG.
NDOORS's released a new trailer on their upcoming big update for Three Kingdoms Online, though to make things more unusual, the trailer transformed itself to an Attack On Titan parody. Three Kingdoms Online is a premium quality browser based game with nice looking graphics compared to your average oriental games in the past. I actually played a little bit of this awhile back, for those of you want to learn more about this title in detail then make sure that you check out my Three Kingdoms Online Preview.
Beat Online has been out for about a month now in South Korea but I haven't had a chance to write or post anything about it. Beat is a very casual MMORPG that targets mainly female players because the game was developed mostly by female developers. One of the unique features of Beat Online is the farming social aspect of the game where you can raise pets and grow your own farm and stuff. Just think of it as a dumbed down version of ArcheAge or something, well the game looks... uh nevermind. Anyway, check out the three gameplay trailers below.
