Heaven of the Three Kingdoms teaser website just went up a few days ago. It is being hosted by Hanbitsoft also known as Hanbiton of Korea. You can check out a short flash teaser on their main website at http://three.hanbiton.com/. There is also an alpha test gameplay video showing what the game looks like in it's early stages viewable on their site.
