E32010: Tera Videos

main If I had to pick a game that won me over at E32010, then it would have to be Tera Online. If I had to pick a choice between the next P2P MMO then Tera would be my next game at this moment. The hands on live raid dungeon demo was very cool. Tera Online is all about skill, find out why below. As much as I wanted to record the dungeon gameplay inside the special Tera booth, they wouldn't let me. So why did Tera win me over in E3? Well, being hardcore gamer I love games that require skill. If you are very skillful in Tera Online, you will be able to do a lot of pwning! For example, during the dungeon instance, during the boss fight. My whole party wiped, but by utilizing the power of dodging and reading enemy attacks. You can stay alive forever if not, maybe even solo a boss.

Each character in Tera is given exclusive skills that helps them survive, it a must to master and time the use of these skills carefully. Each class has their own unique way of dodging class or surviving. For example, some classes can blink backwards, roll under monsters or around to dodge attacks, block with your weapon, block with shield. I love games that require timing, maybe this is why I enjoy games love Vindictus.

However, keep in mind Tera is a team game. I am pretty sure it will be hard to solo boss without a proper team setup and crazy awesome healer. Anyway, that's all I have to report from E32010 on Tera Online! Hope you enjoyed it, a new CBT is starting soon!

Why not? Actually, it is a way better then free to play. Or, usually is. Cause in most of the free to play games, you have some kind of E-Gold shop, so you dont pay for the game, but items, so some people will get too overpowered. While games with subscriptions does not have it, and people are more equal. ( Off course there is always some black market, but it is on the company how they will deal with it.
