Netmarble Korea recently had an alpha test session for their new upcoming game called Pico Online. For those of you who aren't aware of this game yet, it is an upcoming non-targeting MMORPG. I've only got small taste of Pico Online but during that time, I already know that I will definitely be signing up for the next testing phase. Although the characters didn't look all that appealing, the gameplay was quite fun and exciting. It almost reminded me of playing my favorite Japanese old school Y's series by Falcom.

From the developers of RedGem Online, L&K released a couple new videos for their upcoming new game called Mirror War - Reincarnation of Holiness. Mirror War is an upcoming fantasy shoot'em up MMO game. This upcoming shoot'em looks as promising as when Valkyrie Sky was first introduced. The gameplay teaser looks quite a bit interesting, it's a little different from your average flying shoot'em. Instead of flying around shooting stuff, you are walking or running around the floor hacking and shooting away waves of monsters after another and huge bosses.
MGame Korea's Valiant Online CBT just ended a few days ago. The 3D side-scrolling action game has a couple fun features that differs it from all games in the same genre. For example, the only way to kill some of the bosses in the dungeons is by executing a finishing combo blow that requires precise key actions, a bit similar to a "Fatality" move in Mortal Kombat. Aside from the extra cool stuff that makes this game different, there are also some features of the game that needs a little bit more polishing. I've recently tried out Eyasofts latest MMORPG Legend of Edda. If you have never heard of Eyasoft or Legend of Edda, then you're probably not into cute looking games much. Although Legend of Edda doesn't much have cuteness overload as much as Luna Online had when it first came out. There are a lot of other strong points that Legend of Edda has to offer. First of all the game is very much more super chibified than Luna Online. LoE also has a lot of cute looking hairstyles and a good amount of character hair, color, eye, customization.
Actoz Soft launched their first CBT for Wild Planet not long ago. I was a bit surprised at the current progress of the game. It's been awhile since a decent MMORPGFPS has come out. Does Wild Planet have what it takes to be the next top MMORPGFPS game though?
