The latest patch that XLGAMES released for ArcheAge Online introduced a bunch of new monsters roaming around the vast open sea. ArcheAge Online is still in CBT, so if you ever see anything out of the ordinary in this mini preview then you'll know why. With that said have you ever wondered how fearsome the Kraken is in ArcheAge Online? Then you've come to the right place, come join us as Yukey and I explore the open seas and try to tackle the biggest monster in ArcheAge Online with random players.

Kraken Rampage

Just right before the server was about go down the community decided to team up with each other on the rampaging Kraken that was destroying everything in it's range. How much more exciting can this get? You have a bunch of player created ships and boats being destroyed by a huge Kraken! It ate all of the small ferry boats, sail boats, and galleons like there was no tomorrow. It's a good thing that you can re summon your ship with full HP after ten minutes has passed, or we would have all been screwed in the Northern Sea. The monstrous beast was huge, probably the biggest monster I have ever fought against in ArcheAge Online. It had an estimate of 980k health, which makes all the other bosses in ArcheAge look like a joke. The world boss battle was so epic that no one cared if you were from the other nation, both sides just wanted kill the boss ASAP before the server goes down for the day. The Kraken was being swarmed left and right fleet by fleet, but it wasn't enough to stop it. Ships and players were being hurled everywhere, the Kraken was on a rampaging killing spree! In the end the boss was down to 50% HP but the servers had to go down.

No matter what kind of ship you throw at the kraken, it will just eat it up instantly especially once it wraps all of its tentacles around it. I've go to try and tackle this monstrous beast another time, more importantly I think it's time to tackle some pillows.
