Dragon Nest 2 Legend's 1st Closed Beta started earlier today and I spent some time testing the game out for fun. Oh boy, a lot of people aren't fond of the 2nd installment of Dragon Nest because it's for the mobile device. I was going to stop the preview right after the tutorial, but I wanted to give the game a chance so I ended up leveling my character to 26! Does the new Dragon Nest game have anything special to offer?! Read on!
The Japanese version of Onmyoji just came out yesterday! I was actually holding back on testing this game until the JP version was out since I can read a little bit of hiragana and katana though I still fail at Kanji. Anyhow, the game is pretty amazing so far in terms of characters, graphics, artwork, style, and gameplay. Although I can't say the same about the Gacha rates since I rerolled for like 10 hours straight and didn't get a single SSR.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Diamond Records just came out and it looks like they actually made a proper mobile version this time around. Diamond Records is a new Action RPG featuring characters from the latest version of JoJo's Anime. I played the game for five hours and did some rerolls, managed to get a god hand roll shown in the video below. The stages are fairly short and the game felt super easy, but it actually gets a lot harder later on. Worth trying out if you liked the Anime and stuff. You can beat up enemies and ORA-ORA-ORA-ORA them to death.
The Korean Closed Beta version of MXM just received another update revealing a lot of new changes to the game such as a brand new UI, balance changes, new titan ruins, enhanced graphics, a new Arami look, and more. Titan Ruins received another big change in terms of look and content. The general concept of the map is still the same, but it's much more spacious now and it doesn't feel like you're walking through a maze in the jungle. There is an upcoming Esports tournament for MXM later this week featuring the new Titan Ruins map for those interested, just check out the Korean site linked below.
NCSoft's oriental fantasy themed mobile RPG Final Blade was released yesterday. One of the nice features of this game is that it lets players pick up Gacha currency during stages. Every time a player kills a monster a random blue or red floating spirit will appear, the player must then tap that spirit to obtain game currency used for rolling the character Gacha.
