Elsword Season 2 Review

Elsword Season 2 has a lot of new things to offer for all the new and returning Elsword players.  The awesome game has gone through so many changes since it was first released that the only words to describe it would be beyond awesome!  I would say that Elsword is one of Nexon's best games in their wide variety of games next to their popular other titles.  If you haven't given this game a bite yet then you should!  You're missing out on one of the best fast paced side scrolling K-MMO's of 2008.  Still not convinced!? Well then guess you'll just have to read more!

A look back at Season 1 of Elsword

Elsword is one of those games that you can enjoy even if you can't read or understand all of the text.  Spend a few minutes in the training to get to know your characters basic moves and combos.  After that you should be ready to go and hit up the stages.  Each character in Elsword has their own unique style and play ability for example each character has their own style in jumping some can double jump some can't. You may think huh!?  Wouldn't that not be fair in PvP?  Everything is pretty balanced in the world of Elsword but when playing PvP you might come across certain people who just spam the same skills over and over to win which may leave you having second thoughts.  Which personally I don't mind at all~! Do anything to win right?  I won't go into detail on the controls for this game like I usually do since it's pretty basic!  But all you need to know this is another one of those games that doesnt' require your mouse for actual gameplay (Thanks Captain Obvious!) Anyway lets get down on the new character and how over powered this chick is!

Slapfinity Combo

Eve's age wasn't disclosed when making character unlike the other characters in the game of Elsword but that doesn't really matter right?  All that matters is she got white hair, mecha Nasod bits, and almost look loli.  Nasod Gear is her main weapon which reminds of cool looking anime mecha stuff.  The only way to describe it is mini probes that transform into any form of weapon she wants mostly it her minions.  "Hay! Can it shooTz Lasers?" go find out for yourself.  The Nasod Gear can also open up teleport portals when Eve uses her special skills, you can check this out the end of the video boss fight below or screen shots.

Eve in Action!

Level 3 Special for Eve

Yup, it's a huge!!  Like every other character in Elsword you have two paths to take when going through your skill tree in my case I took the mecha tree with all the robots!  For all you hardcore players who are now interested in this game let me give you some bad news!  Eve's second job isn't out yet so don't get too down when you get to that level and find out you will have a lot of extra skill points into something.  Don't waste the skill points either!! Like me I bumed all my points in Rena's(Ranger Character) Tier 1 both tree max leaving almost no points left for the second job change... "oops".  A very good Eve player will be a tough fight in the world of Elsword PvP since she has the ultimate defense, strong attacks, and long jumping range.  I would recommend this character for new or players looking to start a new alt I will tell you now you won't be dissatisfied.  As much as I love talking about Eve I must move on to the next section of this article and show you people dungeon info and what's new!

Elsword Main Town

Back when I first played this game it was pretty much like Ghost town in Town Lobbies.  But as you can see now town is pretty much... lag fest for certain people!  During sometime in Season 1 they decided to make it so players can open up their own stores or Bazaars in game.  This was very comfortable feature since you no longer needed to npc your good items because of the language barrier.  The best change in Elsword as the whole new dungeon background designing aspects.  They used to have still plain scrolling backgrounds but now there are a lot of things that happen in the background that can divert your attention in some maps.  What's so great about moving backgrounds?  It just makes the game more livelier specially when they can hurt you like the falling pillars for the two new dungeons that were recently added in this Season.

Falling Pillar Ruuunnnnn!!

Spinning Kick those baddies!
